GENERAL STORAGE FAQ

Do you provide locks?

Yes, we provide one circular disk lock with two keys included with your rental.  All units must be locked with a padlock. 

What if I lose the key to my lock?

Please contact us so we can meet you at your unit to cut the lock off for you. DO NOT attempt to cut the lock off yourself as any resulting damage to the door/latch/lock will be your responsibility.

Does anyone else have access to my unit?

You alone control the access to your storage unit, unless you choose to provide access to someone else. You are responsible for your unit.  If you provide access to someone and they cause any damage or problems at the facility, you will be held responsible.  If you are providing access to an individual not noted on the rental agreement its important that you provide their name to us. 

How much notice do i need to give you before move out?

A 30-day notice is required.  At the time of your move-out please remove your lock when you are done clearing out your space, sweep it out with a broom and dustpan and please call to let us know that you have vacated your unit. Please be respectful of our facility removing all belongings, garbage etc. upon your moveout. 

What are your security features?

Computerized gate access, a fenced in facility, and 24-hour video surveillance.

BILLING & RENTAL FAQ

Is there an Administrative Fee?

Yes. There is a one-time nonrefundable $25 administrative fee upon move in.

When is my rent due?

Your rent is due on the initial date of your rental agreement and monthly thereafter on the first of every month.  Late fees are assessed after the 9th day of non-payment.
